Step 3: Home Visit

After your initial consultation your designer will set up an appointment to come to your home and take measurements of your space. Teknika Design Group charges a $250 fee to cover time and travel costs for this visit.

 

At this visit your designer will:

›  Measure your space

›  Look at your plumbing and electrical systems

›  View adjacent rooms for style and space considerations

›  See how you use your space

›  Determine any remodeling limitations
