Step 6: Installation

This phase involves planning, demolition, and installation. If Teknika Design Group is providing project management for your remodel (please see Services for more information), we will be sure to give you a detailed timeline and continue to update you as the process continues.

If Teknika is not involved, you will need to develop a more detailed timeline with your contractor.

Teknika as part of their basic design process will provide your contractor with plans and elevations. We will of course answer any questions your contractor has at any time.

Timing Kitchen: In general for a kitchen remodel with no flooring changes, the minimum amount of time it will take is six weeks from demolition of your kitchen to when you can put your dishes into your new cabinets.

Timing Bathroom: Bathroom remodels are more dependent on the scope of the remodel and can take from three weeks on.
