Teknika Design Group prides itself that all our cabinet manufacturers are certified by the KCMA Environmental Stewardship Program (ESP). This means that every manufacturer has voluntarily submitted to and received certification that they use environmentally responsible materials in the production of their products. These manufacturers also seek to minimize the environmental impact on their local communities by recycling wastes and using low emissions coatings. They have gone beyond the minimum requirements and have demonstrated leadership in growing a sustainable company.

Teknika also carries sustainable products for countertops, such as Vetrazzo and Brooks Custom Cement.

All Teknika Design Group’s designers can help clients reach their desired level of “green” based on their budget and needs. This service is part of the design process, and there is no fee involved.
